Katica Rakuljic was the first runner-up and Kristina Malenica was the second runner-up.

She stands 5'9'' and will represent her country in Miss Universe 2011 pageant.

Natalija Prica (22, 1.76m, Zagreb) was crowned Miss Universe Hrvatske 2011 at the HTV Studio 10 in Zagreb. She will represent Croatia in Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paulo, Brazil next September. Katica Rakuljic was the first runner-up and Kristina Malenica was the second runner-up. Paula Novak and Tena Blazic completed the Top 5.
