Nuestra Belleza Mexico pageant was held at the Parque de las Maravillas in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico on September 25, 2010. The State of Jalisco, won for the third consecutive year with Karin Ontiveros, who will compete in Miss Universe 2011. Ontiveros was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder and Miss Universe 2010, Ximena Navarrete. Thirty-one contestants competed for the national title.
Cynthia de la Vega from Nuevo León won the title of Nuestra Belleza Mundo México, giving her the right to represent the country in Miss World 2011. Gabriela Palacio from Aguascalientes won the title of Nuestra Belleza Internacional México, giving her the right to represent the country in Miss International 2010. Karen Higuera from Baja California Sur was selected by Lupita Jones to compete in Miss International 2011, becoming her Nuestra Belleza Internacional México 2011.
The Recognition "Corona al Mérito 2010" was for Anagabriela Espinoza, Nuestra Belleza Mundo México 2007, Semifinalist in Miss World 2008 and Winner of Miss International 2009, for her outstanding international career and bear the name of Mexico very high.
